Which platforms does Intentra run on?
Intentra is built for iOS and Android as a single, consistent experience. Your subscription covers both — it is tied to your account, not your device.
How much does Intentra cost?
US$99 per year, or US$19.99 per month. A founding offer — US$79 for your first year, then US$99 per year — is available until 31 January 2027. Prices in US dollars. Tax added at checkout where applicable. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is required, and we'll remind you before the trial converts. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased on this site are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from the Pricing page — you can update your payment method, change plans, or cancel at any time. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your store account settings.
What is your refund policy?

How is my health data handled?
Carefully, and by design. Your health data is never publicly accessible, and it is not sold or shared for advertising. Intentra is an ad-free, subscription-funded product — you are the customer, not the product. The specifics of what is collected, how it is stored, and your rights over it are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Does Intentra diagnose health conditions?
No. Intentra organises and displays your health information — it does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for medical advice. Results or trends that concern you belong in a conversation with a qualified health professional.
Does Intentra use streaks, scores, or grades?
No, deliberately. Intentra tracks your pattern across time rather than an unbroken chain, and presents information without scores, grades, or comparisons with anyone else. The reasoning is laid out in the Knowledge Hub.

Yes. Every Knowledge Hub article is free to read, both here on the website and inside the app — no subscription required.
